| I would to. But, I am confused on the difference between District 11 and 10. So, 11 is agriculture, but don't you need some animals to get the job done, and don't animals need plants to get the job done too? Also, District 10 is the 3rd poorest district.  | |

| Well, Peacekeepers in 11 are very strict and mean, they treat the inhabitants unfairly, and rudely. If you go back to the first book, Rue is surprised to see Katniss pull out those nightglasses. Rue said they (peacekeepers) shot a little boy for taking them.. *shivers* Dx | |
